Land Agent

Peel Land | Manchester

Peel Land is seeking an ambitious Land Agent to join its growing Estates team based on the outskirts of Manchester.

Part of The Peel Group, one of the UK's leading real estate and infrastructure investors, Peel Land specialises in the acquisition, promotion, management and delivery of major development opportunities across the residential, commercial, logistics, leisure, health and digital sectors. The business manages an extensive and diverse landholding portfolio across the North West and wider UK.

As the team expands, an opportunity has arisen that offers the chance to work alongside experienced land and rural professionals on a broad range of estate management, strategic land and development projects.

The Opportunity

Peel Land owns and manages a substantial portfolio of agricultural land, strategic development land, woodland, residential property and public access land, with holdings concentrated around Greater Manchester and the wider North West. The portfolio is continually evolving as land is promoted for development, environmental enhancement and long-term value creation.

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates who are:

  • RICS and/or CAAV qualified (or working towards qualification)
  • Interested in rural estates, strategic land and development-led projects
  • Commercially minded and proactive
  • Strong communicators with excellent organisational skills
  • Looking for long-term career progression within a well-established land business
