Land and Partnerships Graduate Trainee
Keepmoat is a fast-growing top 10 UK housebuilder, designing and building high-quality, affordable homes where people want to live.
We are actively recruiting bright and ambitious graduates to join our Land and Partnerships Graduate Trainee programme with an attractive and competitive package, including:

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strengthening Keepmoat’s land portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the identification of potential land and partnership opportunities, applying knowledge practically
- Evaluating new site opportunities via site appraisals and assessing scheme viability
- Supporting the bidding process, including drafting and submitting bids/tenders where relevant
- Collaborating on scheme proposal development while liaising with internal departments
- Understanding and assisting with legal agreements and negotiations
- Participating in Community Engagement and Investment initiatives (e.g., social value projects, educational programmes)
- Building relationships with partner organisations (e.g., local authorities) to advance Keepmoat’s schemes
