In this role, the successful Land Surveyor or similar will be responsible for:
- Working on a wide variety of projects, undertaking numerous land surveys/setting out etc at any time
- Design and development of both technical drawings and detailed maps for site setting out etc, as well as making adjustments to pre-existing drawings, ensuring they adhere to both company standards as well as customer requirements
- Architect, Engineer, Customer and Client liaison, making certain design requirements are understood, offering technical advice/support as and when required
- Assuring compliance with project timelines, working both autonomously as well as part of a team
- Attending site visits where necessary
The ideal Land Surveyor or similar will have:
- A background within Surveying/Construction/Groundworks/Civil Engineering sector or a related field
- Prior practical experience working with a variety of CAD packages - having a specific proficiency within AutoCAD
- Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages (word, excel etc)
- Strong organisational and communicational skills - with the confidence to liaise with a range of Third Parties
- A full, valid UK driver's license

- Holds a degree within Engineering/Architecture or a related field, and/or a background within Surveying/Construction/Civil Engineering sector or a related field
- Proficiency within AutoCAD
