Landlord & Tenant Surveyor

An established and growing commercial property consultancy is seeking an experienced Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to join the team.

This opportunity would suit an MRICS-qualified Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or Associate looking to take on a broad range of landlord and tenant instructions, including:

  • Rent reviews
  • Lease renewals
  • Strategic asset advice

For individuals with the appropriate level of experience and business development capability, there is also scope to take a leading role in growing and developing the Landlord & Tenant service line as Head of Landlord & Tenant.

The firm acts for a diverse client base, including:

  • Investors
  • Corporate occupiers
  • Public sector organisations
  • High-net-worth individuals

Responsibilities

  • Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Provide Landlord & Tenant advice across various commercial property types
  • Perform commercial agency work, including acquisitions and disposals
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Prepare reports, negotiate terms, and deliver professional advice
  • Support wider business development activities

About You

You must be:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Experienced in commercial property, with exposure to Landlord & Tenant work
  • A strong communicator and negotiator
  • Commercially aware and client-focused
  • Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
