Landlord & Tenant Surveyor
An established and growing commercial property consultancy is seeking an experienced Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to join the team.
This opportunity would suit an MRICS-qualified Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or Associate looking to take on a broad range of landlord and tenant instructions, including:
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Strategic asset advice
For individuals with the appropriate level of experience and business development capability, there is also scope to take a leading role in growing and developing the Landlord & Tenant service line as Head of Landlord & Tenant.
The firm acts for a diverse client base, including:
- Investors
- Corporate occupiers
- Public sector organisations
- High-net-worth individuals

Responsibilities
- Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
- Provide Landlord & Tenant advice across various commercial property types
- Perform commercial agency work, including acquisitions and disposals
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Prepare reports, negotiate terms, and deliver professional advice
- Support wider business development activities
About You
You must be:
- MRICS qualified
- Experienced in commercial property, with exposure to Landlord & Tenant work
- A strong communicator and negotiator
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
