Our client, an award-winning architectural & design practice with offices across Europe & The Gulf, is looking to hire a Lead Landscape Architect who can design from concept through detailed design and construction documentation across residential, hospitality, combined use, and masterplan projects in the Gulf.

  • Experience: Minimum 8–10+ years, with demonstrable Gulf/Middle East project experience at masterplan, hospitality, or large-scale urban landscape level.
  • Qualifications: Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture; chartered status (e.g., Landscape Institute/CMLI or regional equivalent) preferred and comfortable working hands-on combining design and site supervision, with the ambition to grow a team.
  • Skills:
    • Confident, fluent in English
    • Personable communicator
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly balancing client relationships alongside sub-consultant coordination
