Our client, an award-winning architectural & design practice with offices across Europe & The Gulf, is looking to hire a Lead Landscape Architect who can design from concept through detailed design and construction documentation across residential, hospitality, combined use, and masterplan projects in the Gulf.
- Experience: Minimum 8–10+ years, with demonstrable Gulf/Middle East project experience at masterplan, hospitality, or large-scale urban landscape level.
- Qualifications: Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture; chartered status (e.g., Landscape Institute/CMLI or regional equivalent) preferred and comfortable working hands-on combining design and site supervision, with the ambition to grow a team.
- Skills:
- Confident, fluent in English
- Personable communicator
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly balancing client relationships alongside sub-consultant coordination

The role is based in London but will require regular travel to Oman and across The Gulf states to meet with contractors, nurseries, and suppliers. You will need to stay current with local municipality planting/irrigation requirements.
