Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday
Pay: £28,000-£38,000 per annum

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Large Format Print Operator / Display Printer to join our busy Display Department.

The Role

This is a hands-on production role working within our Display Department, producing a wide variety of large format print and display products to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for operating a range of industry-leading equipment, ensuring jobs are produced accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Our equipment includes:

  • SwissQprint Nyala 4 UV Flatbed Printer
  • Canon Colorado Roll-to-Roll Printer
  • Esko Kongsberg Digital Cutting Table
  • Summa Vinyl Cutter
  • PrintFactory RIP Software
  • Laminating, mounting, and finishing equipment
    Every day brings something different, with projects ranging from retail graphics and point-of-sale displays to exhibition graphics, window vinyls, signage, packaging, and bespoke display solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating large format print equipment to produce high-quality display graphics.
  • Preparing and RIPping artwork using PrintFactory.
  • Operating digital cutting and finishing equipment.
  • Laminating, mounting, trimming, and finishing printed products.
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Managing workload to meet demanding production deadlines.
  • Maintaining equipment and keeping the production area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Working closely with colleagues across production and customer services to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Following company quality procedures and Health & Safety requirements.

About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience working in a professional large format print environment.
Ideally, you will have experience with:

  • UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printing.
  • Digital cutting tables (Esko Kongsberg experience would be advantageous).
  • Vinyl cutting equipment.
  • PrintFactory or similar RIP software.
  • Colour management and print quality control.
  • Producing display graphics, signage, POS, exhibition graphics, and related products.
    You will also be:
  • Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable managing multiple jobs and changing priorities.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently when required.
  • Committed to producing work of the highest standard.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, site-based role based at our Central London production facility.
Due to the nature of our business, there will be occasions where overtime is required to meet customer deadlines, support urgent production schedules, or complete projects outside standard working hours. Overtime is paid and forms a regular part of the role.
Applicants should be able to travel reliably to our premises during normal working hours and, where required, for overtime shifts.
