Whats The Role
At Hilti, we partner with customers on some of the most complex and high-profile construction projects across the world. To ensure successful project delivery, we're looking for a Large Projects Fulfilment Manager who can turn complex supply chain requirements into seamless logistics solutions.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work across Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, Prefabrication, Sales, and Project Management teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while ensuring operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Designing regional and market-specific supply and logistics concepts for large projects in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
- Reviewing Bills of Materials (BOMs) alongside Project Execution Managers to identify bottlenecks, supply risks, and opportunities to improve material availability.
- Gathering and managing customer-specific logistics requirements, including packaging, labelling, delivery sequencing, unloading, and jobsite constraints.
- Coordinating end-to-end execution of agreed logistics and supply concepts, including inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Managing prefabrication activities and product modifications in collaboration with fulfilment and supply chain teams.
- Acting as the operational point of contact for customers on delivery planning and jobsite logistics requirements.
- Managing changes to logistics and supply concepts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting project capture and bidding activities by evaluating logistics options and calculating associated costs, including transport, customs, and storage requirements.
- Ensuring accurate order processing, on-time delivery performance, escalation management, and resolution of customer concerns.
- Driving alignment between project requirements and supply chain capabilities to support successful project execution.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Project Fulfilment, or a related field.
- Experience managing end-to-end logistics activities across complex or large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, prefabrication, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and regions.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer requirements with operational efficiency and cost management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the confidence to make decisions in dynamic environments.
- Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience or interest in Lean methodologies and process optimisation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
