Role Overview
A full-time remote role is available for UAV Fixed-Wing Predator-Type Drone RPAS Pilots & Engineers. Teams operate and oversee large fixed-wing unmanned aerial systems for ISR missions, ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Flight Operations & Pilotage
- Pilot fixed-wing UAVs (similar to Predator or Watchkeeper systems)
- Conduct flight planning, pre-flight checks, and remote operations
- Execute missions per regulatory and mission protocols

Payload & Data Management
- Operate, manage, and troubleshoot sensor payloads (EO/IR cameras, surveillance systems, comms equipment)
- Oversee data capture, transmission, and reporting to stakeholders

Technical Maintenance & Support
- Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and fault finding on aircraft, GCS (Ground Control Stations), and support systems

Mission Collaboration & Optimization
- Assist in mission planning, risk assessment, and process improvement
- Work collaboratively with technical and operations teams

Compliance & Safety
- Strict adherence to safety, security, and confidentiality requirements
Essential Requirements
Technical & Operational
- Proven experience piloting large fixed-wing UAV/RPAS (e.g., Predator/BRMTP/Watchkeeper systems)
- Skilled in mission planning, remote operations, and aviation regulatory compliance
- Systems engineering expertise: airframe, propulsion, avionics, and GCS integration
- Knowledge of EO/IR systems, surveillance payloads, data links, and telemetry monitoring
- Ability to perform technical diagnostics, maintenance, and system upgrades

ISR & Analytical Skills
- Familiarity with ISR mission workflows, data collection, and early-stage situational awareness
Certifications & Regulatory Compliance
- Valid UAV/RPAS operational licences or eligibility under local international aviation laws
- Highly beneficial: aerospace/avionics/systems engineering background
Soft Skills & Teamwork
- Strong communication, collaborative, and reporting skills (remote-first)
- Able to operate autonomously in multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive problem-solving and risk management mindset
