Job Description
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract (exclusive of day/hourly rates; assumes project scope and performance-based pay).
About the Role
As Lasernet Document Analyst, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of documents across design, logic, data mapping, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with Development and Release teams to ensure seamless build and delivery of all document outputs while upholding global standards.
Your responsibility extends to refining, designing, and delivering document outputs—ensuring their layouts and configurations align with internal guidelines. You will maintain an updated repository of approved templates and mockups.

- Prototyping layouts to align stakeholder expectations and accelerate development, reducing redesign and rework.
- Delivering immaculate document layouts, logic, structures and visual presentations following global standards.

Collaborative Requirements Discovery
- Working directly with business stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and define document specifications, including:
- Field-level data mapping
- Conditional logic
- Formatting and presentation rules
- Translating complex business rules into clear mockups, ensuring pre-development validation for clearer alignment.
- Uncovering implicit business rules and edge cases impacting output via interviews, workshops, and design sessions.
Ensuring Quality & Efficiency
- Challenging requirements for complexity, gotta-got logic pitfalls, or non-standard compliance.
- Prioritising the backlog into actionable sprints post DRIVE programme for continual delivery.
- Collaborating with development teams to meet timeline milestones within the project scope.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Acting as key liaison with our third-party Lasernet vendor to ensure seamless integration with internal systems.
Operational & Metrics Management
- Maintaining an exhaustively referenced library of approved templates & mockups, tied to strict global standards.
- Facilitating daily refinement sessions with the development team to monitor progress, risk, and alignment, addressing blockers or delays with Product Management & Programme teams.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years as a Senior Business Analyst or document designer, working intimately with development teams.
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Field Service modules).
- Skilled in requirements elicitation, particularly around data-driven outputs, rules, and logic.
- Ability to decompose complex logic into clean, executable functional designs.
- Experience creating prototype document mockups using tools like Word, PowerPoint, or PDF design platforms.
- Agile methodology knowledge, including backlog management tools like Azure DevOps.
- Ability to strategise plus execute with precision—navigating high-level decisions for tactical delivery.
