Join the Founding Team of a New Pre-Preparatory School in Epping
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with a Latin specialism to join the founding team of a brand-new pre-preparatory school for children aged 3-7. This role is ideal for a Primary Teacher with a Latin specialism who is passionate about early language development, classical foundations, and nurturing curiosity through rich, knowledge-led teaching.
As a Primary Teacher with a Latin specialism, you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms, strong routines, and a deep understanding of child development. You will introduce young learners to the joy of Latin through stories, vocabulary, etymology, and early classical culture, ensuring lessons are engaging, accessible, and age-appropriate within a thoughtfully designed environment.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from a Primary Teacher with a Latin specialism who:
- Holds QTS with a strong academic background (Classics, Latin, or related field preferred)
- Has experience in EYFS/KS1 or pre-preparatory settings
- Understands early language acquisition and the foundations of classical learning
- Values clarity, structure, and joyful, knowledge-rich teaching
- Works with warmth, curiosity, and professionalism
- Is excited to help build a new school community from the ground up
