A highly respected London law firm is seeking an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join their Family Department, focusing on legal aid billing. This Central London-based role offers hybrid working and an immediate start opportunity.

  • Managing legal aid billing using CCMS and CWA
  • Handling EC1, ECF, Claim1, Claim1A, Claim2, and Detailed Bills
  • Liaising with other Costs Draftspersons
  • Submitting outcomes on CCMS
  • Allocating costs for counsel
  • Uploading final orders
  • Addressing notifications from courts and professionals

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with legal aid billing
  • Claims against public authorities
  • Public law matters such as judicial reviews
