A highly respected London law firm is seeking an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join their Family Department, focusing on legal aid billing. This Central London-based role offers hybrid working and an immediate start opportunity.
The successful Costs Draftsperson will be responsible for:

- Managing legal aid billing using CCMS and CWA
- Handling EC1, ECF, Claim1, Claim1A, Claim2, and Detailed Bills
- Liaising with other Costs Draftspersons
- Submitting outcomes on CCMS
- Allocating costs for counsel
- Uploading final orders
- Addressing notifications from courts and professionals
Key Requirements:
- Experience with legal aid billing
- Claims against public authorities
- Public law matters such as judicial reviews

The successful Costs Draftsperson will also manage payments on account, analyse BACS statements, and ensure accurate and timely billing.
