The Role
You’ll be the face of GreenThumb across your patch — visiting customers daily to:
- Apply treatments
- Diagnose lawn issues
- Spot wider opportunities in the garden
Key responsibilities include:
- Offering expert advice and recommending tailored products and services
- Handling seasonal machine work (aerating, scarifying, top-dressing)
- Building relationships and growing our business during every visit

What We’re Looking For
We’re not necessarily seeking lawn care experts — instead, we’re looking for people who shine with customer service. The technical skills will develop through training, but great customer interactions are at the core.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Love talking to people and delivering brilliant service
- Have a genuine passion for the outdoors
- Are organised, reliable, and self-motivated
- Have the right to work in the UK
