About Us
As one of the longest established lawn care companies in the UK, Lawn Master has grown from our base in North Wales to offer services by qualified and experienced professionals to domestic customers nationwide.
Job Description
We require a full-time lawn operative to work in North Wales, Chester, Liverpool and surrounding areas, with a view to start August 2026.
You’ll attend domestic properties to carry out lawn treatments such as fertilising, scarification, aeration, overseeding, weed treatment, disease control, and providing customers with quotations for our services. There is no garden maintenance or grass cutting involved.

Knowledge of the local area is essential, and you’ll need to be able to load and drive a company vehicle. As a company we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our customers, so good communication and customer service skills are essential.
Applicants Must:
- have an interest in lawns and some previous experience in the golf, sports turf or horticultural sectors
- be prepared to develop their turf maintenance skills in order to work to a consistently high standard, taking pride in your work
- be polite, honest and flexible, with a positive, hard-working attitude
- have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
