Role Description
This full-time remote role is for a Lawyer (eDiscovery) who will work closely with consulting, technology, and cyber security teams to deliver legal support on complex data-driven matters.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Advising on litigation and investigations involving electronic evidence
- Overseeing discovery workflows
- Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of digital documents and datasets
- Collaborating on the design and implementation of eDiscovery strategies
- Providing guidance on evidence management, data privacy, and cross-border data transfers
- Drafting legal documents and memoranda
- Supporting client consultations
- Contributing to the development of automated legal technology solutions (such as predictive justice tools and online courts)
- Participating in project planning and risk assessments

The successful candidate will work with international clients and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining high standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and accuracy in all engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in litigation, evidence, and civil procedure, with experience in managing eDiscovery or complex document review matters.
- Experience working with or supervising technology-assisted review, document review platforms, and digital evidence workflows (e.g., Relativity or similar tools).
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws (such as GDPR) and cross-border data transfer issues relevant to eDiscovery and eDisclosure.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements, court rules, and best practices in cyber security litigation and financial technology disputes.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with large volumes of data and technical documentation.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including drafting memoranda
