LCV Technician – Vertu Ford Stoke
Join our team at Vertu Ford Stoke and become a valued Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician.
We are offering a basic salary between £28,840–£38,600 depending on skills and experience, based on a 40-hour working week. Saturdays are paid as overtime, with additional over-performance bonus opportunities.
About the Role
Your role as a Commercial Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards
- Delivering expert expertise across all aspects of the role, from simple servicing to complex repairs
- Ensuring quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes, which are core to our values
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

- A relevant formal qualification (e.g., Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT license (preferred)
- Possession of your own set of tools
- Full UK driving licence
