About the Role
We are recruiting for a Learning & Development Learning Coordinator to join the AFRS contract. This valuable role supports both civilian and military teams by ensuring access to suitable learning opportunities. Your work will enable better performance, growth, and impactful solutions across defence recruitment.
Responsibilities
You’ll be entrusted with:
- Creating, managing, and maintaining learning assignments within the Defence Learning Environment (DLE)
- Uploading, testing, and maintaining online learning content in collaboration with content developers
- Managing course bookings, query delegation, and learning communications
- Preparing reports and maintaining the learning catalogue for business insights
- Liaising with third-party training providers to coordinate learning delivery
- Supporting, troubleshooting, and guiding teams on DLE usage and enhancements

Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience with a Learning Management System (e.g., DLE)
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident communication—both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- A proactive, adaptable mindset for a fast-paced environment
