We’re seeking a talented individual to join our L&D team in London on a 12 month FTC, which is responsible for supporting the L&D team by creating and maintaining key MI data and dashboards which can be used to gain insight and actionable improvements to L&D initiatives and the colleague experience. You will also produce bespoke reporting, PowerPoint presentations and infographics to support L&D initiatives while supporting the L&D Director with the delivery of the annual and mid-year appraisal process and the LMS and e-learning Manager with managing the Mandatory Training process and chasing non-completions. As L&D Manager, your responsibilities will include among others; Project manage the mid-year and annual appraisal process, ensuring tasks are completed on time and escalating concerns to the L&D Director in a timely manner. This will include creating bespoke reports and building the appraisal forms using our LMS platform. Maintain and update content within various L&D intranet pages as required. Design learning material to support learning initiatives including infographics, PowerPoint presentations and quarterly newsletters. Provide support to the L&D team with reporting requests and general L&D administration (including the L&D mailbox). Support the LMS and e-learning Manager with the delivery of Mandatory Training within our LMS, including the reminder and escalation process. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should: Proven L&D experience, preferably working in an FCA regulated environment. Strong data analysis skills (advanced Excel is essential) with a keen eye for detail to spot errors/patterns in data. Experience in reporting, dashboards, or data storytelling. Confident using systems and technology, with the ability to learn new platforms (e.g. LMS) quickly and independently. Highly methodical and organised, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and a high-quality output. Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels, and in particular senior management. Desired: CIPD qualification preferable but not essential.
