As you know, Le Manor is currently undergoing an extensive 18-month refurbishment. Under the leadership of Niall, we are now beginning to look ahead and thoughtfully build the team who will bring this new vision to life across every part of the business. This is not simply a reopening, but the start of a new era for Le Manoir; one that will be richer, more dynamic and more ambitious than ever before. As part of this evolution, we are also proud to be working with Arnaud Donckele as our new Culinary Director, bringing a fresh perspective and an exciting creative energy to Le Manor’s renowned gastronomic offering.
