Lead Administrator for District Nursing and Community Therapy Services
We're looking for a dynamic Lead Administrator to support the District Nursing and Community Therapy Services teams in Oxford city.
This role is going though job evaluation, therefore some duties may change.
This is a varied and demanding role that will provide opportunities for developing processes within a friendly team of clinicians and administrators to ensure patient needs are met and that accurate paper and electronic records are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Organisation: As Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the administrative team across four offices and work flexibly to meet the needs of this multi-disciplinary team.
- Communication: You will need excellent communication skills and be reliable and punctual and have experience in managing a small team.
- Supporting Trust Policies: In this varied role, you will have an active involvement in supporting Trust policies for core tasks, health & safety, auditing and maintaining accurate records. There will be opportunities to work directly with clinicians, minute meetings and develop processes.
- Calm and Efficient Work: You will need be able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment, motivating and supporting the administrative team and be able to work autonomously.
- Meeting Support: To provide administrative support for meetings including organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and completing action plans.
- Office Management: To lead in the day-to-day office management, for example, facilities, room bookings, stock management and liaising with the Trust Estates team and building managers.
