Lead Advisory Partner (London)
£120,000 - £160,000 + significant bonus + long-term equity potential
Most London advisory platforms still expect the same thing.
- Originate endlessly.
- Navigate politics.
- Build everything yourself.
Meanwhile, many acquisitive advisory platforms have become bigger, more bureaucratic and harder to operate within commercially.
This opportunity is different.
An ambitious advisory platform is building out its London Lead Advisory capability as part of a much wider accountancy and professional services ecosystem, with significant existing client relationships, embedded referral routes and substantial growth ambitions over the next few years.
Importantly, this is not: "build everything yourself from scratch."
There is already:
- Dedicated origination infrastructure
- Offshore lead generation support
- Embedded accounting and tax referral channels
- Existing deal flow
- A substantial wider client ecosystem

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
