WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US

The AI Enablement team is a newly established, cross-functional team within SimCorp that builds organizational capability and accelerates AI adoption across all business functions. We partner with functional leaders to deliver AI literacy programmes, co-build sophisticated AI solutions, manage reusable component libraries, and drive value measurement across the enterprise.

As a Lead AI Assets Specialist, you will be a key member of SimCorp's newly established AI Enablement team. You will enable the scaling of AI capabilities across SimCorp, by building and managing a catalog of reusable AI components and development assets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Own the development, curation, and distribution of a centralized catalog of reusable AI components – including prompt libraries, agent templates, skills, workflow blueprints, and integration patterns – to enable efficient scaling of AI across SimCorp.
  • Define and promote standards and governance for reusable assets, ensuring components are well-documented, version-controlled, tested, and fit for purpose across different functional contexts.
  • Collaborate with AI Solution Engineers to identify components built during co-build engagements that have reuse potential, and systematize their productization.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the component catalog: intake, review, tagging, publishing, deprecation, and quality assurance.
  • Act as a technical authority on AI development patterns, advising the team and business functions on best practices for building scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
  • Work with the enterprise AI Foundation area to ensure all catalog components adhere to infrastructure, security, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor usage and impact of catalog components; gather feedback from functions to continuously improve quality and relevance.
  • Contribute to the broader AI Enablement community by sharing knowledge on development approaches, tooling, and emerging best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
