The Role • Identify high‑impact opportunities to apply AI, data science, advanced analytics, and digital tooling. • Lead technical workstreams, including the design and delivery of machine learning solutions and digital tools. • Work closely with client teams on the ground to embed solutions directly into operations. • Guide multi‑disciplinary teams that combine people, processes, and technology to deliver sustainable results. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders. • Mentor colleagues and help shape best‑practice approaches across digital programmes. • Stay current with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas into client delivery.
