Opportunity to join a fast-growing startup transforming the real estate industry with an agentic solution running on a high traffic multi-tenanted platform.
A high-impact role in a small, ambitious team, owning the full AI lifecycle, from research and prototyping through to production deployment.
You'll design and deploy scalable AI systems using ML models and Python-based architectures, and lead prototypes all the way to robust, production-ready features.

About You
We're looking for an ambitious AI Engineer with strong academic and applied AI credentials with around 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience across RAG pipelines, LLMs, prompt engineering, observability and evaluation tools.

Salary & Benefits
£110,000 - £120,000 + equity
