Key Responsibilities
As a Lead AI/ML Engineer, you will:
- Design, build, and optimise AI/ML workflows and intelligent systems.
- Develop scalable solutions using LangChain for agent-based and RAG-driven architectures.
- Tune and deploy AI/ML models to ensure reliability, efficiency, and performance.
- Apply prompt-engineering techniques to enhance LLM (Large Language Model) outputs.
- Bridge business needs and technical execution, translating requirements into high-quality AI solutions.
- Advocate for best practices in model design, optimisation, and integration.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge AI/ML advancements and emerging technologies.

Your Profile
Essential Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with AI cloud platforms:
- Vertex AI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or Cloud Vision.
- Strong Python skills (with optional proficiency in R or Java).
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and statistical modelling.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure).
- Expertise in prompt-engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of ethical AI and Responsible AI practices.
