Why This Role is Critical for Us
The AI Enablement team is a newly established, cross-functional unit within SimCorp dedicated to accelerating AI adoption and building organizational capability across all business functions. By collaborating with product teams and functional leaders, we:
- Deliver AI literacy programs
- Co-develop sophisticated AI solutions
- Curate reusable component libraries
- Drive enterprise-wide value measurement
As an AI Learning Consultant, you will be:
Your role: Shape and lead world-class AI learning experiences, nurturing capabilities from executive awareness to hands-on practitioner skills—an integral part of SimCorp’s journey toward AI maturity.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Learning & Design Leadership
- Act as the go-to partner for AI literacy initiatives, aligning content design with function-specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with HR and functional leaders to produce targeted AI training programs spanning different roles and maturity levels.
Tooling and Technology
- Build a comprehensive library of assets, including:
- AI workflow playbooks
- Prompt guides for Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other tools
- Use-case templates and workflow toolkits tailored for SimCorp’s context.
- Upgrade content regularly to reflect advancements in AI tools, ensuring durability and relevance.

Facilitation & Onboarding
- Lead live facilitation projects, including:
- workshop sessions
- tailored tool training (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude)
- onboarding modules for diverse audiences.
- Foster engagement through self-driven learning materials (e.g., e-learning, micro-lessons).
Strategic Implementation & Advocacy
- Support the AI Enablement team by embedding training elements into advisory collaborations, ensuring business functions benefit beyond the classroom.
- Build and sustain communities of practice and AI advocate networks to maintain momentum.
Measurement & Change Management
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using:
- Adoption analytics
- Feedback surveys and continuous iteration
- Contribute to large-scale change management narratives, including:
- AI adoption awareness campaigns
- Amplification of important announcements
What We Value
We seek someone who:

Key Competencies for Success
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Learning & Development
- Organisational Capability Building
- Training Facilitation
- Strong track record of designing and delivering corporate training programs, especially in digital tools or tech-enabled domains.
- Practical generative AI fluency (e.g., Copilot, Claude) and the ability to shape engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
- Cross-functional collaborative skills, with an aptitude for tailoring communication for different stakeholders.
- Inspirational facilitation and presentation coaching, capable of engaging SMEs, operations teams, directors, or senior leaders.
- Deep familiarity with:
- Digital learning formats (e.g., e-learning, micro-videos, simulations).
- Content development rigor, ensuring quality, consistency, and impactful learner journeys.
- Fluent English (B2 or higher); additional languages are considered a bonus.
- Preferable: Background in financial services or enterprise software environments.
