About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SAP Solution Architect to drive enterprise-wide ERP transformations with a focus on S/4HANA and integration landscapes. The ideal candidate will:
- Lead technical strategy, design, and delivery for multi-module SAP solutions
- Partner closely with business units to align technology solutions with strategic outcomes
- Own end-to-end SAP landscape design—from business requirements to technical ideals
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Landscape & Strategy
- Define and own the SAP technical vision—including S/4HANA migration and multi-phase rollouts.
- Align technical roadmaps with business outcomes and competitive priorities.
2. Solution & Architectural Leadership
- Design lean, integrated SAP ecosystems combining core ERP modules with specialized solutions:
- Manufacturing
- Sales & Supply Chain
- Asset Management
- Finance
- Architect SAP integrations (SAP BTP, Integration Suite, middleware) and manage data migration strategies.
3. SAP S/4HANA Expertise
- Lead adoption strategies for S/4HANA systems, focussing on:
- Transition methodologies
- Phase implementation strategies
4. Data & Analytics Architecture
- Determine SAP’s data architecture—including:
- Master data governance (for SAP MDG)
- Integration with BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Custom reporting (SAP Analytics)
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure designs adhere to SAP best practices and industry standards
- Oversee performance, security, and maintainability across IP
- Check efficacy of findings vis-à-vis transformation objectives
6. Client & Advisory Roles
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership on SAP-enabled value creation
- Translate intricate technical solutions into actionable business benefits.

Requirements
Technical & Functional Expertise
-
Must-have:
- +10 years in SAP architecture and implementation portfolios
- Broad multi-module SAP expertise (ERP, modules, integrations)
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA design, migration, or upgrade projects
- Expertise in SAP data governance (master/data MDG) and analytics platforms (BW/4HANA, SAC)
- Experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite architecture

- Certifications in relevant SAP architecture/functionality (lined to experience)
- Experience with AI/ML in ERP (predictive analytics, process mining, Gen AI use cases)
Industry & Methodological Knowledge
- Deep understanding of:
- Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Asset Management LoBs
- Regulatory and security standards within SAP environments
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale ERP transformations
- Capacity to:
- Define target SAP landscapes
- Support AI-driven innovations in business cases
- Prioritise fast-paced, multi-team initiatives
Soft Skills & Collaboration
- Client-facing ability: Articulate complex technical decisions in business terms
- Governance & Quality: Maintain technical standards with precision
- Stakeholder management: Partner with program leadership, technicians, and team leads
- Pressure: Work under tight deadlines with global mobility readiness
Educational Attainment
- University degree in:
- STEM (Computer Science, Information Tech)
- Business Management/Finance/Marketing
- Advantage: Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) in SAP-centered disciplines
