Sealand Projects are looking for a Lead Analysis Engineer to join our team and support a range of international offshore projects, with a strong focus on installation analysis. Our work spans conventional energy, renewables, and energy transition projects, offering varied and technically interesting challenges.
Key Experience
- Extensive offshore/subsea installation and analysis experience
- Advanced knowledge of DNV, API and offshore design codes
- Expert OrcaFlex user for riser, mooring, lifting and installation analyses
- Experience delivering complex SURF, moorings and structural installation studies
- Strong understanding of vessel motions, hydrodynamics and offshore operations
- Competent in Python scripting and engineering tool automation
- Experience supporting offshore execution and operational troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CTR development, manhour estimating and technical assurance

Education
- Degree in one or more of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Naval Architecture
- Civil Engineering

Capability Profile
- 7+ years’ experience
- Proven technical leadership on multidisciplinary projects
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation
- Able to manage multiple analysis scopes in fast-paced environments
- Mentoring and technical checking capability
- High competency in OrcaFlex, Mathcad and engineering software
- Offshore certified and adaptable to offshore support activities
