Role Overview

Level: Senior-level professional with specialised expertise


Job Responsibilities

  • Applies sophisticated analytical reasoning to make independent judgement and propose innovative solutions
  • Operates independently (with minimal oversight in highly complex scenarios)
  • Leads teams or projects with moderate resource demands, risk, and/or complexity
  • Translates internal/external business challenges, advising on best practices to enhance products, processes, or services
  • Contributes to achieving customer, operational, and project objectives, adhering to functional policies
  • Promotes personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by following HMH’s HSSE policies

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or
  • A high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of relevant experience

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional-level experience

Skills & Abilities:

  • Specialised proficiency in your own discipline or field
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate perspectives to foster change
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
