Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect looking to shape the technical strategy of a large-scale, business-critical infrastructure programme?

We're looking for a strategic technology leader to define the enterprise architecture, technical roadmap and long-term vision for a major CCTV and critical infrastructure programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the future direction of a nationally significant platform while leading a highly skilled team of six technical professionals.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, customers and delivery teams, you'll provide architectural governance, technical leadership and strategic direction across multiple technology workstreams, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and fit for the future.

The Role

You will:

  • Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy and technical roadmap for a major CCTV and infrastructure programme.
  • Provide architectural governance and technical assurance across multiple projects, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, standardised and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of six Solution Architects and Senior Technical Specialists.
  • Act as the senior technical authority, building trusted relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Develop enterprise architecture blueprints, technology standards and reusable solution designs covering CCTV, enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, command and control platforms, communications and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate new technologies and drive innovation to support future platform enhancements and expansion.
  • Support bids, customer engagements and business development activities by providing strategic technical leadership and solution direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
