Role Description:
We’re seeking a seasoned Managed Services Lead Architect who wants to apply their skills and experience within an exciting and vibrant Account.
The client is going through a period of significant change, and digital transformation is at the forefront of their business strategy.
As an Account Lead Architect, you will thrive on having responsibility for the end-to-end architecture of the contracted services as well as being the focal point for ensuring its technical integrity.
Being part of an enthusiastic Business Technologist community will enable you to maintain awareness of the latest technologies and innovations within the Our Client Portfolio and apply these to your technology landscape. You will also provide inspiration and act as a role model for a talented and enthusiastic team of Domain Architects and Engineers on the account.

Your role
As an integral part of the Our Client Architecture community, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself, and our collective capabilities. As part of the Account team, you’ll be empowered to provide:
- Governance of change within, and take ownership of, the end-to-end Account Architecture within Managed Services contracts, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards.
- Key stakeholder management for internal, as well as external parties.
- Strategic mapping of the technology landscape strategy including roadmaps, and future state architectures, fully aligned with contractual commitments and client needs.
- Trusted advice to the Client by cultivating strong symbiotic Client relationships.
- Direction and guidance on technical aspects, ensuring adherence to standards and practices while aligning with client requirements.

Your skills and experience
- A proven track record of governing and owning the end-to-end architecture of a complex technology landscape.
- Can demonstrate experience of operating as a Lead Architect within the constraints and complexities of large Managed Services accounts.
- Able to demonstrate a knowledge of contracts and commercials as well as proven stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
