✅ Essential
● GDC-registered private practice veteran with relentless standards – UK experience required. Experience: exit credentials in UK private dental. ● Clinical judgement, wisdom, and a spotless track record delivering straightforward and complex cases ● A calming, uplifting demeanor, elicits trust especially with nervous or brand-sensitive patients. ● A meticulous intuition for necessary quality and consistency, growing outcomes now and in the future—your patients deserve supervision past a memo, speech and vision. ● Growth mindset with a drive to grow clinically and personally ● Collaborative experimental energy that’s for thought leadership and in-group environment: a need-by-artching, focused engagement to practice.
