Overview:

We are looking for a UK / Europe based Lead Design Consultant to drive the adoption and strategic impact of Gravity Sketch across our most important automotive and industrial design customers.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will lead by expertise and example, owning complex customer engagements, diagnosing unfamiliar workflow problems, shaping adoption plans, and setting the standard for consulting excellence across the team. We are looking for someone who can enter a new customer environment, understand the problem space quickly, and create a clear plan for how Gravity Sketch could support new workflows, teams, or accounts. You do not need to already know every customer tool or workflow in depth. You do need to be able to apply your existing knowledge alongside asking the right questions, structuring ambiguity, building a credible deck/ plan, and communicating a clear point of view that you can go on to present to both customers and internal teams. You have a deep understanding and passion for Automotive, but should have a broader base of knowledge and interest, ideally crossing into Industrial Design with a strong level of comfort working across Industries and applying your expertise and willingness to learn to new Clients and opportunities.

You will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to influence how leading clients adopt VR in their design processes. This role combines deep hands on delivery, strategic account ownership, and internal influence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities

Diagnose customer problems and shape plans

Work with customers to understand their current design and engineering workflows, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria. Identify the problem space in new accounts, new workflows, or unfamiliar customer contexts and clearly articulate the benefits of leveraging Gravity Sketch over their traditional processes. Translate discovery into clear engagement plans, rollout recommendations, workshop proposals, and customer-facing decks. Define what success should look like for customer engagements, including adoption goals, workflow outcomes, and measurable impact.

Lead advanced consulting engagements

Lead complex onboarding programmes, advanced workshops, pilots, demos, and workflow transformation engagements. Work across design, engineering, visualisation, CMF, leadership, and other customer teams. Tailor delivery for different audiences, from hands-on designers to senior stakeholders. Help customers understand how Gravity Sketch can fit into automotive and industrial design workflows, including concept development, collaboration, review, and commercialisation.

Set best practice and influence the team

Develop and share best practices, reusable frameworks, workshop structures, and workflow approaches. Influence how the wider Design Consulting team approaches delivery through your work and expertise. Create scalable training and enablement content that can be reused across customers and verticals. Coach and support other Design Consultants in planning and delivering high quality customer engagements.

Partner cross-functionally

Work closely with Customer Success Managers to align on account strategy, customer health, rollout plans, and adoption priorities. Partner with Sales on late-stage opportunities and strategic demos where workflow credibility is critical. Provide structured feedback to Product based on real customer workflows, blockers, and opportunities. Help internal teams understand the customer problem space and the value Gravity Sketch can unlock.

Measure and communicate impact

Define and track success metrics across engagements. Build compelling narratives around adoption, workflow transformation, customer value, and ROI. Communicate outcomes clearly to customers and internal stakeholders. Identify where additional resources, content, product support, or commercial alignment are needed.
