We draw on our reputation for outstanding delivery to allow our engineers to do the right thing for our clients. Our engineers take a holistic approach that addresses technology, process, and structure to make a lasting impact. We work collaboratively with users to create minimum viable products that are truly ready for use.

At Credera, you'll work on diverse client projects, we help organisations solve their biggest, most exciting engineering problems. We’ve created banks from scratch on Kubernetes and AWS, built streaming analytics solutions that protect the country and built platforms to enable whole organisations to move to AWS and Azure, delivered zero downtime deployments into production with CI/CD best practices, and everything in between.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Have a drive for self-improvement and learning, including learning new programming languages
  • Approach solving problems pragmatically

  • You will be required to hold active SC clearance for this role.
