The Role
As an integral member of the Brand Creative team at Club L London, reporting to the Head of Creative, you will articulate your creative vision and guide the work of the creative team in collaboration with the Creative Director. Working alongside Photographers, Filmmakers, and our other internal creative teams to ensure our message is clearly communicated across every consumer touchpoint.
Enthusiastic and immersed in contemporary style and culture, you are obsessed, creative, and passionate about the work you produce - with an emphasis on pushing the boundaries of the brief. We are looking for real creative flair. Working to a brief, you will develop appropriate creative concepts for a variety of projects and activities from brand concepts & design direction, digital content, environment, and experiential.
The position requires a fashion-forward mindset, creative flair, and an up-to-date knowledge of AI and the importance of AI within content creation. You will have strong art direction and a clear understanding of the shoot production process and a strong knowledge of design for digital and print.
What You'll Own And Deliver
- Be responsible and determine how best to represent a concept visually, through innovative creative ideas
- Through creative thinking, own and deliver the brief and elevate projects to engage and inspire the Club L consumer
- Setting and leading creative standards for the team, ensuring everything is delivered in line with the brand
- In partnership with our Photographers, Filmmakers, Stylists, and other creative teams, create outstanding engaging assets which inspire and engage our consumer
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed with the wider creative team
- Have an industry-leading creative point of view and provide a rationale to lead discussions around the creative direction of the brand
- Be an expert communicator and work with brief owners to develop an artistic approach and style
- Create impactful presentations and confidently present your creative vision (for approval by the Creative Director), to stakeholders, and the CEO
- Motivate, direct, and organize team members to articulate your creative vision and oversee production
- Be responsible for the delivery of creative briefs for all consumer-facing assets, including packaging, labelling, digital, environmental, and experiential design
- Work collaboratively with the production team to realize your creative vision
- Ensure brand standards and consistency are met across all projects and briefs
- Balance competing priorities and multiple projects, while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Continually look to develop internal processes to drive efficiencies within our ways of working
- Deliver consistently excellent creative work to high standards and demanding timelines
- Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders within the creative team and across wider business functions

The Person We're Looking For
- A passionate and energetic creative professional with experience in a design-related area and strong Art Direction experience
- Enthusiastic and immersed in style and contemporary culture - you embody the values of the Club L brand
- Agile, adaptable, and resilient, open to input from passionate and engaged leadership
- An energetic individual with experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project agency environment, preferably within the fashion sector
- Serious about the work you produce, with a portfolio of world-class creative projects
- Passionate about style and contemporary culture, with a serious approach to the creative you produce - you live and breathe design
- Experienced in commissioning Photographers, Artists, and other external creatives and able to direct them to realize your creative vision
- Experience of working on set and on location in the UK and overseas, and flexible to international travel if required
- Hungry for knowledge and actively searching blogs, platforms, and references to stay across the latest industry trends
- A seriously talented creative, knowledgeable in Typography, Art Direction, and Design for Social, Retail, PR, and Events
- A skilled creative with a portfolio that clearly showcases these skills
- Incredibly well organized and take pride in delivering your work on time to brief
- Proven communication skills and at ease presenting your work - able to clearly express your creative vision
- Up to date with industry knowledge and experienced in using creative software
- Previous experience of following and upholding brand guidelines
