Lead Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid / Flexible Working - 3 days per week onsite
Salary: £60,000 + Excellent Benefits
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Business Analyst to join our enterprise-scale client at a pivotal moment in their transformation journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Business Analysis professional to lead a talented team, influence strategic decision-making and play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation.
The Role
As Lead Business Analyst, you will provide leadership and direction to the Business Analysis function across a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders, product teams, technology specialists and delivery partners, you will ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will champion best practice business analysis, establish robust standards and methodologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and embed Business Analysis standards, frameworks and best practices.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and shape change initiatives.
- Lead complex discovery, requirements gathering and business process improvement activities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and decision-making forums.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Architecture and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support business case development, benefits realisation and change impact assessments.
- Ensure solutions are aligned to organisational goals, customer needs and long-term strategic priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, ways of working and service delivery.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analysis leader with a proven track record of delivering complex change within large, enterprise environments.
You will bring:
- Significant experience in a Senior or Lead Business Analyst role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at executive level.
- Expertise in requirements engineering, process modelling, business change and solution design.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering customer-focused outcomes.
