Lead Business Analyst – Join Scott Logic’s Delivery Team

Scott Logic builds large-scale, bespoke, business-critical systems for some of the world’s most high-profile organisations. As we expand, we’re seeking highly flexible, capable, and technically proficient Business Analysts, particularly those experienced enough to step into a Lead Business Analyst role.

About the Role

As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll act as a key liaison between user experience, development, test teams, and client stakeholders. Your focus will be on requirements elicitation, solution design, and collaboration within agile teams to deliver high-profile products. You’ll:

  • Guide and mentor less experienced analysts
  • Work closely with the Solutions Architecture team
  • Translate complex business environments into modern technology solutions
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative culture by sharing knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapidly analyse and interpret business-customer-technical requirements to shape technology solutions
  • Bridge communication between stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams in agile environments
  • Advise on analysis techniques, solution design, and value delivery
  • Support high-performing teams with mentorship and best practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
