Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to support commercial finance objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy and natural resources industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements with external partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all business dealings.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Business Development - Commercial Finance should have:
- A strong background in finance, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in the energy and natural resources industry, with a focus on commercial finance.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business growth targets.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a large organisation.
