Position Available: Lead Buyer - Indirects (IT & Software)

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 (DoE) + Bonus

Experience needed: Proven experience purchasing within IT, software, SaaS, hardware or wider digital services in a complex organisation.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activity across IT and digital spend, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers in both the UK and internationally. The role covers a broad digital portfolio, offering the opportunity to specialise in specific areas or develop exposure across new and emerging technologies.

What We Need from You

  • Hands-on experience buying within IT, software, SaaS, hardware or digital services
  • Proven experience leading procurement activities and supplier negotiations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed organisation
  • MCIPS qualification or willingness to work towards it
