Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As part of the role, you will be required to support social workers as they undertake child protection investigations. Your role will involve offering consultation, guidance, and support to the workforce and directly to families. In addition, you will contribute to child protection and determining if threshold is met to proceed with child protection enquiries.

The LCPP will provide a statutory social work service to children and families working within local and national guidance and legislation. They will embed and adopt our systemic model of practice rooted in relational work with families, which emphasizes people’s relationships as key to understanding their experiences. And use evidence-based interventions to instigate change to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

The postholder will act as a conduit within the MACPT, bridging operational practice and strategic safeguarding priorities, and ensuring statutory child protection duties under the Children Act 1989 and Working Together to Safeguard Children are consistently met.
