About Us
At La Fosse, we help organisations solve complex technology and transformation challenges through talent, consulting and long-term capability building. Working with more than 450 active clients, we partner with organisations across enterprise and high-growth sectors to deliver solutions that make a lasting impact.
As part of that, La Fosse Academy helps clients build sustainable digital capability through apprenticeship pathways, associate deployment and structured training programmes. With growing demand from enterprise organisations looking to develop long-term skills pipelines, we're continuing to invest in our Academy team.
We're looking for a Senior Client Partner with experience in apprenticeships, levy-funded programmes or structured workforce development to help drive the next stage of our growth.
The Role
This is a commercially focused role where you'll open new Academy partnerships, secure apprenticeship programmes and develop long-term workforce solutions with enterprise clients. Working closely with our Business Development and Recruitment teams, you'll identify opportunities, engage senior stakeholders and position apprenticeships as strategic workforce solutions that support transformation, succession planning and cost optimisation.
If you enjoy consultative, solution-led sales and want to play a key role in growing an ambitious part of the business, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of building and growing apprenticeship partnerships across new and existing clients, helping organisations create sustainable workforce strategies through structured capability development.
- Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Recruitment, Apprenticeships, Quality & Compliance, Training and Delivery, you'll lead complex sales cycles, develop commercial proposals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening new Academy apprenticeship accounts and securing new business.
- Building relationships with enterprise stakeholders across HR, Technology, Finance and Transformation.
- Securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and programme agreements.
- Developing multi-year apprenticeship roadmaps aligned to workforce planning and transformation objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to expand Academy services through associate deployment and upskilling programmes.
- Running structured sales processes across complex stakeholder groups.
- Building ROI-led business cases that demonstrate the commercial value of apprenticeship investment.
- Managing procurement processes and commercial negotiations.
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and contributing to Academy go-to-market strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
