Are you an experienced Clinical Pharmacist looking for a career change or your next challenge in an acute hospital trust?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our modern purpose-built facilities to help at ESNEFT.

This key position will allow a committed and self-motivated Pharmacist to lead our Pharmacy services to medical patients on our Ipswich site.

  • You will be a fully established member of the multi-disciplinary team within medicine, leading that team on a day-to-day basis, but with an opportunity to develop and establish the pharmacy service to the renal specialty.
  • You will be pivotal in developing our clinical service within the specialty, including the opportunity to be a part of the multidisciplinary team.

Our friendly pharmacy team are dedicated to nurturing, mentoring and developing our staff to reach their full potential. We provide pharmacy forums and tutorials. We support personal development plans, smart objective setting and opportunities for study.

ESNEFT has recently implemented the EPIC electronic patient record which includes electronic prescribing and administration; and a pharmacy stock control system.

In addition to our fully automated dispensaries, we host one of the NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service medicines advice sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
