Job Title & Details
📍 Location: Armley Grange School, Leeds (LS12 3QH) 💰 Salary: £50,000–£60,000 (DOE) ⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday) 📅 Contract: Permanent (52 weeks), or flexible term-time options available 🚗 Essential: Full valid UK driving licence + access to your own vehicle

The Role: Lead Clinician
Key Responsibilities
Your role is a strategic blend of clinical leadership and direct practice:

Leadership:
- Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Armley Grange
- Collaborate with School SLT and Regional Clinical Lead
- Set and oversee clinical service development
- Coordinate therapy caseloads while ensuring alignment with school needs

Clinical Practice:
- Design and implement bespoke intervention plans for students with complex needs (including autism, SEMH, developmental trauma)
- Prioritise the delivery of targeted EHCP outcomes using OFG’s ‘all’, ‘group’, and ‘individual’ clinical frameworks
- Foster independence through creative, client-centred therapies

Team Management:
- Provide supervision to the onsite clinical team
- Support professional growth through regular reflection and training
- Maintain safeguarding excellence and person-centred practice

Essential Criteria 📋
- Qualification: Allied Health Professional in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Psychotherapy
- Registration: HCPC-registered or another approved governing body professional registration
- Experience:
- Relevant experience working with autistic individuals and complex neurodivergent/client groups (SEMH, trauma, etc.)
- Proficiency in clear and concise medical/clinical report writing
- Supervision and team management experience (ideally in a multidisciplinary clinical setting)
- Independent yet collaborative working style—sharp with patience and adaptability
- Location & Access: Full UK driving licence + personal vehicle (travel is part of the role)
