Role: Lead Coach (Women’s & Girls)

Hours: 35 hours per week

What is the role?
You will play a key role in expanding female football development and driving impactful community delivery across Sussex. You will deliver 28 hours per week of structured, high-quality practical coaching sessions across both our Football Pathway and Schools programmes. You will also be required to design session plans, conduct venue checks, manage facility requirements, and execute risk assessments.

Am I right for this role?
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Industry Experience: Extensive knowledge of the football industry, school environments, and player pathways in both female and male football development.
- Teamwork & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a consistent track record as a collaborative team player.
- Administrative & Technical Skills: High competence in IT applications (including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), alongside sound business acumen and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Best Practice: A thorough commitment to embedding equality, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding best practices across all delivery.
