Lead Coach – Foundation Phase (7–11s)

Roehampton Elite FC | Greater London | Part-time, On-site

About Us

Roehampton Elite FC is a grassroots football club focused on creating meaningful pathways and development opportunities for young players in Southwest London. The club provides structured training and competitive match play, supported by quality coaching and access to strong facilities. With ambitions to become a recognised and respected grassroots brand in London, Roehampton Elite FC is committed to high standards of player support and progression. The environment is defined by dedication, growth, and a shared passion for the game, offering coaches the chance to contribute to a growing legacy in local football.

The Role

We're looking for a Lead Coach to join us on a part-time, on-site basis. We're ideally looking for coaches with a strong interest in the Foundation Phase (ages 7–11), who are working towards their UEFA C License and can consistently follow the club's coaching methodology across training and matchday.

This role involves planning and delivering structured training sessions, leading matchday coaching, and overseeing player development across assigned age groups. You'll design session plans aligned with the club's philosophy, provide constructive feedback to players, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment. You'll also communicate regularly with parents and guardians, coordinate with other coaching staff, and support talent identification and progression pathways within the club. Administrative tasks may include maintaining attendance records, reporting on player progress, and collaborating with club leadership on season planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
