Lead Commercial Manager – Mortgages
Bradford (Hybrid) | £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
A leading UK financial services organisation is seeking a commercially minded banking professional to join its specialist lending team as a Lead Commercial Analytics Manager.
This is an opportunity to move beyond pure analysis and play a key role in shaping portfolio performance, commercial strategy, and senior decision-making.
You'll combine strong analytical capability with stakeholder engagement, using data and insight to influence business outcomes across a growing lending portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial returns
- Produce executive-level reporting and management information
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk and Customer functions
- Manage relationships with external lending partners
- Support strategic initiatives and portfolio growth

Skills & Experience
- Experience within banking, lending or financial services
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- Advanced Excel and exposure to Power BI, SQL or similar tools
- Experience communicated insights to senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Understanding of lending portfolios and commercial performance drivers
