We are seeking an authoritative and highly discreet medical specialist for a permanent, full-time engagement managing the health of an Ultra-High-Net-Worth individual. In this critical role, you will exercise complete clinical autonomy while ensuring absolute confidentiality.

Traveling with the principal aboard their private yacht, you will oversee all medical protocols across elite jurisdictions, including Ibiza, Marbella, the Greek Islands, Italy, the Algarve, Monaco, and Mallorca. This position demands a practitioner who excels in independent decision-making and delivers an uncompromising standard of private, concierge-level care.

Requirements Holding a valid medical degree issued in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Ireland, or the EU. At least 5 years of senior-level clinical experience post-specialization. Primary specialization must be in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine. Absolute fluency in spoken and written English.
