The way we live and work is rapidly being transformed by AI technologies. The impact of these technologies is no longer avoidable and we want everybody to adopt and adapt to AI technologies responsibly, taking advantage of the opportunities they present. We enable leaders across society to take positive, informed decisions about their strategy, people and culture in an AI-enabled world. We want to set them up to apply AI technologies to some of society's most pressing challenges. We are passionate about creating a world where the transformative power of AI technologies results in a more equal society.

If you have the credibility and confidence to facilitate C-suite and leadership teams from organisations of all shapes and sizes to understand and navigate the complex change that AI technologies are bringing, we are seeking a lead consultant to join AIConfident.

What you'll do

Client delivery (45%)

  • Lead client delivery, particularly for leadership strategy sessions.
  • Work with C-suite leaders of for-profit and not-for-profit organisations to navigate and explore three core areas:
    • Long term strategic changes because of AI technologies
    • Short term operational improvements
    • The culture change to deliver this
  • Support clients with their AI governance: primarily ensuring they have a proportionate AI policy in place, but may also include how they will govern agentic AI.
  • We don’t expect you to have deep governance expertise before joining AIConfident, but you will learn this to provide high quality advice for our clients.
  • Continually improve the delivery of strategy sessions to improve outcomes for clients and increase efficiencies for AIConfident.
  • Expected line management, with this growing as the business scales.
  • You will have the flexibility and skills to deliver other training sessions if required.

Account management and client success (45%)

  • Hold account management and commercial responsibility for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, particularly for clients moving through our ‘Fundamentals’ package.
  • Bring in our specialist team and associates to run training, innovation sprints or governance sessions while you maintain the high-level client relationship.
  • Responsible for the financial growth of your portfolio; you will retain existing clients, spot opportunities to do more work with them, and actively win new client accounts.
  • Own business development from supporting converting warm inbound enquiries into structured proposals and sales.
  • Build deeply trusted, long-term relationships where senior stakeholders view you as their ongoing, proactive AI advisor.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
