Lead Consultant – Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform
Fully Remote (UK) | Up to £75,000 + Benefits
Nigel Frank International is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Lead Consultant (Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Microsoft Partner delivering innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions to customers across the UK.
Working in a fully remote environment, you'll play a key role in leading CRM implementations, engaging with stakeholders, and helping organisations maximise the value of Microsoft Business Applications. Occasional UK travel will be required for client workshops, team meetings, and company events.
The Role
As a Lead Consultant, you'll work across the full project lifecycle, leading the delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions from discovery through to implementation, training, and ongoing optimisation.
You'll combine strong functional consultancy skills with a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, working closely with customers to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple customer projects while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects from discovery through to go-live.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Translate business requirements into functional Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of customer CRM environments.
- Deliver product demonstrations, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure projects follow best practice throughout Development, UAT and Production deployment.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Developers and wider delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong commercial experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience implementing Power Platform technologies to meet customer requirements.
- Knowledge of AI capabilities within Power Platform, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience delivering customer workshops, demonstrations and user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Microsoft Certified: PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals (or equivalent experience).

Desirable
- Microsoft Certified: PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect.
- Previous experience within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative delivery team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
