Marketing & AI Transformation Lead

Boldspace is a 6 year old marketing, branding and PR agency that have demonstrated year on year growth since launch.

After 18 months of development, we launched Boldstream in early 2026, our agentic multi-LLM AI platform designed to power the next generation of marketing performance. But technology alone does not create transformation.

Our customers and clients are rethinking how their marketing functions are structured, governed, measured and enabled. They are asking fundamental questions about operating models, capability, AI adoption, workflow design, skills, culture and commercial impact.

We are hiring a lead consultant to work directly with our Co-CEO to help shape and deliver this transformation agenda.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact consulting and leadership role.

The Marketing Transformation lead will partner with internal marketing teams, from scale-ups to global enterprises, to:

  • Redesign marketing operating models
  • Guide AI and automation adoption (including Boldstream)
  • Lead organisational change programmes
  • Build capability frameworks and upskilling plans
  • Align marketing structure to business strategy
  • Drive measurable performance improvement

This individual will help define Boldspace's transformation consulting blueprint in the age of AI and become a visible authority in modern marketing transformation.

Requirements

Marketing Transformation Consulting

  • Lead diagnostic assessments of marketing teams
  • Evaluate structure, process, governance, technology and performance
  • Identify inefficiencies and capability gaps
  • Design future-fit operating models
  • Support implementation and behavioural change

AI & Future Marketing Enablement

  • Advise clients on responsible and effective AI adoption
  • Integrate platforms such as Boldstream into broader transformation programmes
  • Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical marketing workflows
  • Ensure AI enhances, rather than disrupts, team performance

Change & Capability Leadership

  • Design and deliver executive workshops
  • Create training frameworks and learning pathways
  • Build change roadmaps that drive adoption at scale
  • Coach senior marketing leaders through structural and cultural shifts

Strategic Partnership & Growth

  • Work closely with the Co-CEO on high-level client strategy
  • Contribute to commercial proposals and transformation pitches
  • Build repeatable methodologies and IP
  • Identify long-term advisory opportunities within client organisations

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience

  • Senior experience in marketing, brand, communications or strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of marketing operating models and organisational design
  • Experience leading transformation or change initiatives
  • Consulting, agency or in-house leadership background
  • Comfortable working with CMOs and executive level

AI & Innovation Fluency

  • Deep interest in marketing AI and automation
  • Can become a Boldstream product champion
  • Strong understanding of generative AI and LLMs (strategic fluency, not technical depth required)
  • Ability to position AI as part of a wider transformation strategy
  • Curious, informed and commercially pragmatic

Personal Characteristics

  • Blueprint builder, able to turn ambiguity into structured frameworks
  • Strategic but hands-on
  • High credibility and executive presence
  • Commercially minded and outcome-focused
  • Entrepreneurial and motivated to build a new category of consulting
  • Excited to become a leader in marketing transformation
