Your Responsibilities

As a Lead Content Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the quality and compliance of user-generated travel content. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership

    • Lead moderation initiatives to improve the accuracy, eligibility, and reliability of published content.
    • Design and implement innovative moderation techniques and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Content Compliance Management

    • Analyse and moderate user-generated content—ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies, and business standards.
    • Identify policy violations, trends, and gaps through data analysis (SQL proficiency a plus).
  • Performance & Process Improvement

    • Drive KPIs related to moderation accuracy, response speed, and user satisfaction scores.
    • Produce detailed reports on moderation outcomes and tool effectiveness.

  • Operational Excellence

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in content moderation, user-generated content (UGC), or related domain.
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in communication, digital media, data, or a relevant field.
  • Advanced moderation expertise: Fluency in evaluating content for compliance, relevance, and authenticity.
  • Intermediate data skills: Ability to query data (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualize findings to drive action.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with targeting, product, or customer support teams.
  • Strategic thinking: Translates insights into metrics-backed improvement plans.
  • Global mindset: Comfort navigating linguistic and cultural nuances (bilingualism is a plus).
  • Innovation mindset: Passionate about continuous process enhancements.
